Delivery

South Africa: Orders will arrive within 3 - 5 business days if sent via courier. Tracking information will be shared from the courier company.

Outside of South Africa: Orders are delivered to a freight forwarder of choice. All freight and customs costs will be for the customer’s account.

Payments

Card payments accepted online, as well as Electronic Fund Transfers for orders.

Schools: Orders can be placed via your account manager, or sent to sales@ricpublications.co.za

Individuals: Orders can be placed online, or sent to sales@ricpublications.co.za

Bookstores and Educational Suppliers: Orders sent to sales@ricpublications.co.za

International orders

International orders will be shipped using a freight forwarder of the customers' choice. Freight and other related costs will be for the customer’s account.

Returns policy

Returns must be approved within 14 days from receipt of material – sales@ricpublications.co.za

All return requests must be accompanied by:

Original receipt (no photocopies accepted)
Tax Invoice
Financial Statement (i.e bank statement, credit card statement)
Goods must be in saleable condition (including packaging).
Return costs are for the customer’s account.
No returns or refunds on digital material.

Ebooks

Ebooks are subject to Copyright and are not transferable.

Max 5 downloads on each ebook.

No adjustments, returns or refunds on digital material.
